Residents live and train on-site to fulfill contracts in road repair, landscaping, and city services. Our program blends recovery, job training, and infrastructure development into one solution.
We build employer facilities directly on our campuses and supply certified residents for light manufacturing, packaging, and automotive assembly roles—cutting labor costs by 40–60%.
Not everyone is able to work. We provide stable, trauma-informed housing and long-term care to individuals with severe or chronic mental illness, with no work requirement.
